Containers, cups, film, foil, gloves, blue roll, chemicals, siphon parts, drinks gas and chargers. Not a catalogue of eight thousand lines you have to search through — a tight range, held in stock, in Bristol.
We deliver the city ourselves. That is the whole model. A national distributor cannot get you a case of cling film at four o’clock on a Friday, because their van left the depot at six that morning. Ours has not.
We are registered as a food business with Bristol City Council and we operate a documented food safety management system based on HACCP principles, with batch traceability in both directions on everything we hold.
We also supply nitrous oxide, under a policy we wrote before we bought any stock.
Some of our competitors will sell chargers to whoever turns up with a card. We think that is wrong and, since November 2023, a criminal risk they have not thought through. Ours go to food businesses we have verified, at volumes that fit the kitchen, with a register that balances.
Cylinders only after we have stood in your kitchen. Nitro coffee gas, CO₂ and beer gas without any of that, because they are different gases and not controlled — a distinction we would rather explain than exploit.
