What we need
- Your registered business name and trading address
- Your entry on the FSA food business register
- A company number, if you are incorporated
- A phone number that reaches a human
Sole traders and partnerships are welcome — a company number is optional.
How long it takes
- General lines: usually the same working day
- Nitrous oxide: one to three working days, and a phone call
- Credit terms: after three settled proforma orders
Why the chargers take longer
Nitrous oxide is a controlled drug. We are allowed to supply caterers, and not allowed to be careless about it, so that category involves a real check rather than a tick-box: we match you to the FSA register, confirm the delivery address is your kitchen, and agree a volume that fits your service. It is more friction than our competitors who sell to anyone with a card — and it is the reason we will still be trading next year.
