Audible and visual alarm for a cellar or gas store.

CO2 is heavier than air, colourless and odourless, and a leak in an enclosed cellar can kill without warning. A fixed monitor is not itself named in legislation, but COSHH 2002 requires a written assessment wherever CO2 is stored or used, and a monitor is standard best practice — many insurers now require one.
